No worries at all! We use RFID (Radio-Frequency IDentification).

How can I get a replacement tag for my registered vehicle?

If you need a replacement tag because you purchased a new vehicle or lost the previous tag, please contact one of our attendants. A fee of $5 applies to all tag replacements.

How can I cancel my membership?

To cancel your membership, go online (click here) or notify a Kwik Wash team member at 4000 Catnip Hill Road, Nicholasville, KY 40356, or email cschuler@doublekwik.com. Provide your license plate number at the time of notification. Please request cancellation at least 15 business days before your billing date. You can continue using the membership until the last day of your current billing cycle, but partial refunds are not possible.

What happens if I cancel my unlimited plan?

What happens if my credit/debit card cannot be charged for renewal?

If we cannot charge your credit/debit card due to an expired card or changed information, your plan will be deactivated within two business days of your billing date.

Are there any limitations on car wash availability?

Car washes are available during regular hours of operation, but they are subject to weather changes, closings, equipment maintenance, and shutdowns.

Can I combine my membership plan with other promotions or discounts?
